Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds – Refunds are available for items returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and documentation.

  • Timeframe – Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Certain high-ticket or custom items may have modified refund windows, which will be stated at the time of purchase.

  • Process :
  1. Contact us at support@becerracommerce.com with your order number and reason for refund.
  2. Our team will review and authorize the return.
  3. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Items – Gift cards, personalized/custom products, and final-sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Shipping Costs – Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
